Privacy Policy | Female Player Pathway

Last Updated: 12/02/2026

At Female Player Pathway (FPP), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our players and their families. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in alignment with UK GDPR and our "Cover All Angles" commitment to professionalism.

1. Information We Collect

To provide elite-level coaching and ensure player safety, we collect:

  • Parent/Guardian Details: Name, address, email, and mobile number.
  • Player Details: Name, Date of Birth, and gender.
  • Health & Performance Data: Medical conditions, allergies, and—where shared for "Biological Synchronicity" training—information regarding the menstrual cycle to tailor training intensity.
  • Emergency Contacts: Names and phone numbers of secondary contacts.
  • Media: Photos and videos (only with explicit consent) for technical analysis and marketing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Manage bookings and attendance via ClassForKids.
  • Ensure player safety and provide appropriate first aid/medical care.
  • Tailor coaching to the individual biomechanics and physiological needs of the player.
  • Communicate session updates, fixtures, and "Sisterhood" community news.
  • Analyse player progression through "Technical Labs."

3. Data Storage & Security

We use ClassForKids as our primary booking and data management platform. Their systems are encrypted and secure. FPP coaches only access player data relevant to their sessions (e.g., medical alerts and emergency contacts) via secure mobile devices. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Biological & Performance Data

As part of our Biological Synchronicity pillar, we may discuss physiological factors with players. This data is treated as sensitive "Special Category Data." It is used strictly to ensure the safety and peak performance of the athlete and is never shared outside of our lead coaching staff.

5. Media & Marketing

We celebrate the "Unapologetic Technical Mastery" of our players. We only use identifiable images or videos of players for social media or marketing if you have opted-in via our registration questions. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

Under UK law, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the data we hold about you/your daughter.
  • Request the correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request the deletion of your data (subject to our legal requirements for insurance and safeguarding records).

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your daughter is an active player in the Pathway. Following their departure, we retain limited records (such as injury reports) for the period required by our insurance providers and safeguarding regulations.
